What are the payment options?

Is it possible to make changes to an already submitted order?
Yes, contact us as soon as possible. Delivery date are subjected to change depending on when the changes were made
If I am not satisfied with an item, can I return it for refund?
No, we are not able to accept refunds.
All exchange requests have to be made within 7 working days from date of delivery.
Do I have to pay GST?
We are a GST registered company. As such, GST is payable
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No, prices displayed are exclusive of GST.
A breakdown of taxes will be displayed at the checkout page.
How long will it take for my order to reach?
Within 2 working days from order date.
This delivery lead time does not apply to made-to-order and special order products and services.
How much does delivery cost?
Free Delivery for all purchases of S$100 and above (in a single order). Otherwise, delivery is chargeable at $20.00/trip.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Do you offer express delivery for urgent orders?

Are the online prices same as the prices in your physical store?
Yes. We recommend online purchase for more convenience.
Are the online stock levels same as your physical store?
No, some stocks will be in warehouse.
